INFORMATION
How to tryout for a sport? First, you want to look at when the sport of your choice competes. (Fall, Winter, Spring) Second, you wan to get a physical form (Web- or from your coach) and make an appointment to get a sports physical. Make four copies of this. Every athlete must have one on file dated within the past YEAR. Third, click on the main athletics website and find yoursport. On that link, you should find your coaches email- contact them to find out when tryouts are and any other practice times they may have (open gym, wt room work outs, runs on weekends) After you know the tryout dates, make sure you know where you are to meet. Field House? Gym? Fields? Weight Room?

Athletic Release Form: Please make sure you have a current physical form on file. You must have one dated within the past year. Even though doctor's physicals are good for two years, the SCHOOL must have you do one each year you particiapte in athletics. Please make 4 copies of your release form and turn this in to your coach or the AD office BEFORE the tryout date. (The new Athletic office is located in the new locker room area, between the pool and field house.
Coaches Contact Information- Helpful emails. If you need to contact a coach, remember to include your name, your contact information, your sport of interest, and the specific question you may have.
Sport Tryouts Dates:
Fall sports begin the week of August 18th
Winter Sports begin the last week in October
Spring Sports begin the last week in January
Requirements
An annual physical examination, including physician verification of the students
ability to participate
Accident insurance with proper coverage.
Minimum of 2.00 GPA for previous grading period, which includes all courses
Must be enrolled as a full-time student during the sports season.
