ATTENTION ALL TRACK ATHLETES!
DUE DATES:
1) Friday, Feb. 6th: Turn in all 5 forms to Mr. Payne in D106 (Physical, Pre-participation forms #1, #2, Steoid/Code of Conduct, Boosters/$60)
NOTE: Two of these forms need Doctors signature.
2) Monday, Feb. 9th: First Day of mandatory practice. Meet at track bleachers
at 3:15pm dressed ready to practice. Practices are daily from 3:15-5:30pm.
